Katie's Bar in Bacliff is the BEST live music venue in Galveston County!! The staff is very friendly, and attentive. Even when it's packed they swing by the table to see if you need anything. Great atmosphere. They have live music of the week and hear some great music! Artists like Mark May, James Wilhite & The Classics, Mike Zito, Blues Survivors, Funksion, Chip Oliphant, Hugo Jamz and many more. Plenty of parking in the rear lot. Cold AC, Ice Cold Drinks, and Patio area outside. Perfect Hiden Gem!

Small neighborhood bar that gets local bands in. Small dance floor and room to dance near the tall bar. It has snack food and pizza. There is a jukebox, pinball, and other bar games. About 8 patio tables are located outside. Nice homey atmosphere!

Food is just quick bar food, not really a place for a full meal. But, service is excellent. The music is great. Very fun place to hear great blues!

I go to Katie's for the music. I did in on open mic nights and jam. They almost always have to notch local and regional band. The food is primarily bar pizza but it's not too bad. They just started having steak night on Wednesday's. Definitely worth going for steaks cooked to order by my friend Denby. You get Angus steak, potatoe, side and salad for 25. My wife and I can split 1 and it's plenty. The bar and wait staff are the best. Drinks are reasonably priced and consistent.

GREAT MUSIC WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY. Bar food microwaved finger. In a pinch, hungry, okay. Good people, dancing, good vibes, loud music, mello croud.
